Instructions
- Warm the oat milk to 105 to 115°F and combine it with the active dry yeast. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and granulated sugar. Add the yeast mixture and stir to combine.
- Add the salt, all purpose flour, and bread flour. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a 12 by 15 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the plant-based butter over the dough. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased 9 by 13 inch baking dish, cover, and let rise again for 30 to 45 minutes.
