Instructions

  1. Warm the oat milk to 105 to 115°F and combine it with the active dry yeast. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and granulated sugar. Add the yeast mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Add the salt, all purpose flour, and bread flour. Stir until a soft dough forms.
