Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the mixed berries, honey, powdered sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and orange juice.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries break down and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest, orange zest, and orange extract.
- Let the fruit filling cool before using it in your pastries.
