These Cranberry Bars (Starbucks Copycat) are a delicious, festive treat, perfect for the holidays or any time you crave something sweet and fruity. Glaze
| Cream cheese | 8 | Ounces |

| White baking chocolate | 2 | Squares |
| Dried cranberries | 1/3 | Cups |
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, orange extract, and vanilla extract. Beat until mixed well.
- Mix in the ginger, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the flour and beat until just blended. Be careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries by hand until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 18-22 minutes, just until the bars are set and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely before adding the glaze.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add in the orange extract, vanilla extract, and melted white baking chocolate. Mix until well combined.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars and sprinkle the top with 1/3 cup dried cranberries.
- Allow the glaze to set before cutting into bars and serving.
